Malley - Transit Ambulance

We are pleased to introduce our newest ambulance innovation on the mid-roof Ford Transit. Our lightweight formed interior takes advantage of the contours of the Transit chassis, which provides noticeably more interior volume and the highest payload capacity than any other ambulance conversion.
 

Other features include:

  • Our cost-competitive conversion offers the highest payload capacity of any Ford Transit ambulance in the industry (exceeding 2,300 lbs).

  • Choice of traditional squad bench or single-person swivel seat & paramedic work station

  • Access to stair chair compartment & ALS kit tree from outside the vehicle

  • Easy-to-clean walls with rounded corners are energy-absorbent and therefore less likely to cause injury in the event of a collision

  • The unique contoured interior adds 2” of aisle width over traditional straight wall construction

Malley - Promaster Crossover Ambulance

Malley Industries was the first manufacturer in North America to create a state-of-the-art ambulance using the spacious Ram ProMaster chassis. This Crossover ambulance provides interior space comparable to a much larger and more expensive modular ambulance (Type lll). It is bariatric capable. Our innovative research and development team set out to design an ambulance that would enhance safety and comfort, improve access to patients and equipment, and maximize interior space.

  • Patient Care: Significantly larger workspace for paramedics to provide pre-hospital care

  • Ergonomics & Functionality: Better access to compartments and equipment while paramedics remain safely seated; floor significantly lower than any other ambulance in its class aids lifting patients and reduces paramedics’ back strain

  • Health & Safety: Easy-to-clean, energy-absorbent composite ABS walls are flexible - less likely to cause injury in the event of a collision involving an ambulance

  • Cab Comfort: Cab design provides more comfortable and functional space for paramedics on stand-by. Full seat movement/recline with storage for personal equipment
